Story back dated from June 2018
With LF Ronald Acuna, Jr back off the DL that dated back to late May, his bat in the lineup will only booster a line up that is already lethal. It’s not the bats that have been the issue this past month, it’s the pitching where the starting pitchers can’t get past the 6th inning, and the bullpen hasn’t been much better, actually even worst. But back to Acuna. The starting lineup for tonight’s Friday night matchup between the Atlanta Braves And St. Louis Cardinals at new Busch Stadium have not yet been released. But my guess is manager Brian Snicker is not going to mess with the 1 and 2 spot in the lineup. Both CF Ender Inciarte and 2B Ozzie Albies are awesome in the 1 and 2 punch. And since Inciarte has been moved back to the leadoff spot, he has raised his average about 50 points. No need to move him. And I think Albies is a natural in the number 2 spot. So this leads me to make my prediction of the starting lineup with Acuna back in there.
CF Inciarte
2B Albies
3B Freddie Freeman
RF Nick Markakis
LF Acuna
C Kurt Suzuki/Tyler Flowers
SS Dansby Swanson
3B Johan Camargo
P Starting Pitcher
