It was Sunday, December 29, 2019 and the Falcons hosted the Tampa Bay Buccaneers to close out the season in a 28-22 overtime victory. That was the last time Mercedes Benz stadium was open to full capacity to fans. Then the pandemic hit and stadiums across America were closed, or limiting fans. Spring forward a year and a half and stadiums are opening back at full capacity, including Mercedes Benz Stadium in Atlanta.
The team announced earlier this morning that during Training Camp 2021, the team will host an open practice at Mercedes Benz Stadium, open to the public on Saturday, August 7. No limits on capacity has yet to be told, so my guess it is open at full capacity for fans wanting to attend.

Training camp dates/times will be announced later, but the Falcons camp is slated to begin July 22.
Some key notes for the open practice at Mercedes Benz Stadium:
-Tickets are $5 through Ticketmaster (proceeds go to Emory Healthcare)
-No autographs due to Covid-19 protocols

See you at the Benz.
