Not sure what this might be…but I have an idea. But it is suppose to be revealed tonight at 8:00pm est. Last year the NFL stated that teams in 2022 can use alternate colors or change the color of their helmets. The Falcons hinted in their season schedule release of a throwback red helmet with the old logo. Then yesterday they hinted with a twitter video of CB AJ Terrell opening a box with either a new helmet, a new jersey, or both. See below…
But what I hope this is not is a red helmet with the current logo to match the current uniform, which is dreadful to look at btw. But that’s just my opinion because I’m old school. Teams today cater towards the young crowd that is all about being flashy and entertainment. But as long as the Falcons put a good product on the field is all I care about, really. Which there will be signs of improvement this year as GM Terry Fontenot and HC Arthur Smith build this team for the future .
So here’s wishing what’s in the box that Terrell is opening is this.
